Laporan yang mencakup periode Juli hingga September ini menjadi wujud transparansi dan akuntabilitas terhadap mekanisme penanganan pengaduan masyarakat.<\/p>\n<p>Pada triwulan tersebut, DPMPTSP menerima 1 (satu) pengaduan terkait layanan Persetujuan Bangunan Gedung (PBG) atas nama Yayasan Mambaul Hikmah Wal Anwar (TK Islam Al-Hikmah) di Desa Sembikuan (SP5). Menindaklanjuti laporan tersebut, DPMPTSP segera melakukan koordinasi dengan Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dan Penataan Ruang (PUPR) sebagai instansi teknis yang berwenang melakukan penilaian dan verifikasi permohonan PBG.<\/p>\n<p>Pada 5 September 2025, pemohon telah diberikan penjelasan resmi mengenai perkembangan permohonan, yang diketahui masih berada pada tahapan \u201cMenunggu Penugasan TPT\/TPA\u201d dalam Sistem Informasi Manajemen Bangunan Gedung (SIMBG). Selanjutnya, pada 25 September 2025, DPMPTSP bersama Dinas PUPR melakukan verifikasi lapangan guna memastikan kesesuaian dokumen dan kondisi teknis permohonan di lokasi.<\/p>\n<p>Erwin Yudriko Andree, SE Kepala Bidang Pengaduan, Kebijakan, dan Pelaporan Layanan DPMPTSP Kabupaten Sukamara menyampaikan bahwa pihaknya terus berupaya meningkatkan kualitas respons terhadap setiap laporan masyarakat.<br \/>\n\u201cSetiap pengaduan yang masuk pasti kami tindak lanjuti secara cepat dan terukur. Kami memastikan bahwa masyarakat memperoleh kepastian informasi, serta proses setiap layanan berjalan sesuai ketentuan yang berlaku,\u201d ujarnya.<br \/>\nIa juga menambahkan, \u201cKoordinasi lintas OPD akan terus kami perkuat agar penanganan pengaduan yang bersifat teknis dapat diselesaikan lebih efektif dan tidak menimbulkan ketidakpastian bagi pemohon.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa proses tindak lanjut telah berjalan sesuai Standar Operasional Prosedur (SOP) pengelolaan pengaduan.
